Payment Gone Sailing

Got this nice little story from Dan:

I recently made a payment to Shell thru the online version of BOA to the tune of $193+ and the computer people sent an Electronic Funds Transfer to the wrong branch of Shell in the wrong city. Seems Chase has taken over Shell, by the way. No one at Bank of America can seem to locate the correct corner of the Shell dynasty to find out exactly where my money went. Meanwhile I get countless harassing calls from Shell threatening to cut off my heat (thank God for warm Springs in Georgia) and I have spent about 16 hours on the phone with various conference calls and 1-800 or 1-877 numbers at Customer Disservice trying to resolve their screw up. So far no luck.

Sorry to hear it, Dan. I hope they find your money soon (if only they had some sort of electronic tracking system - like a computer or something!).

Who Sucks? You Guessed It!

According to this very extremely scientific poll BOA is officially the "King of Lousy", which in my book is definitely worse than Sting, Kevin James, MJ, King Ralph, or this guy.
